I remember when I was a kid – my Mom would take my sister and I to Kmart to put in a layaway for school clothes and book bags and such. We would go in each week to pay on it, and I couldn’t wait until it was paid off so we could go pick it up and enjoy all our new stuff! She did it at Christmas too, and I remember picking out a Nintendo and other more expensive things we’d never be able to afford without the layaway program.
When I got my first job I decided to make a few purchases for my room including a new T.V., so of course I visited Kmart to start my very own layaway. Let me tell you – those 6 weeks waiting was pure torture! I only wish they would of had the Kmart Leasing Program back then!

I decided to apply to see what my payments might be for a new washer and dryer. Mine is getting a bit old, and with as much laundry as I do I know that I couldn’t go very long without them.
For $125 bi-weekly (which is how I get paid) I could get this lovely washer/dryer set. No need to come up with the $1,500 upfront, which lets admit, can be difficult sometimes especially in this day and age. but $125? I can do.
It’s pretty simple to apply for their leasing program – you fill out less information than you even would for a credit card and viola, instant approval. They gave me my approval code immediately and told me to take it to my local Kmart to set my lease up in person.

My mom always used Kmart for holiday shopping. It was a great program for her as she was a single mom to 4. This allowed her to start her shopping early and have it all paid for by Christmas!

I would totally buy with the Kmart Leasing Program and I am very excited to see them do this. I know their company has had to close so many stores over the years. I have one right down the road and I am often fearful it’s next on the list when I hear of store closings in the state. Hopefully this program and their awesome rewards program will help them turn things around because they have great stuff!

MY MOM DID K-MART LEASING WHEN HER WASHER WENT OUT . PAYMENTS ARE LOW AND ITS A GREAT FOR SENRIORS ON LOW INCOME TO GET WHAT THEY NEED THAT COST TO MUCH TO BUY OUT OF POCKET. I DID IT FOR MY MOTHER-IN-LAW FOR A NEW TV WHEN HERS WENT OUT. GLAD THEY DO THIS.
