I’m embarrassed to admit anytime that I’ve wanted to make spaghetti and meatballs, or meatball sandwiches that I’ve bought pre-made or frozen meatballs (I know, I know, but I’m a Mom in a hurry).
So since I’m trying to do more home cooking, I’ve finally found a recipe that even I can do, and that taste great (and that’s not just my opinion, the kids love these too!) The great thing is most of the ingredients you’ll have in your pantry.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 lb. hamburger (or ground turkey)
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion minced
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
ground pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh basil (I leave basil out on the kids batch)
Form into golf ball sized meatballs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with your favorite cheese, and enjoy!
That looks so delicious and easy to make. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
I’ve done meat balls numerous of times but never tried parmesan cheese on top! Must try!
Sounds like a great recipe to try.
Wow! These look so good, and I can’t believe how easy they sound to make. I’m pinning this for (hopeful) future use!! 🙂 God bless you.
wow this recipe is a must make as my family loves meat balls. i love that meatballs are baked as my family does not like oily food and is very health conscious.
These sound great! I would totally make a double batch and freeze some for later.
I love meatballs
I can’t wait to try these
I can’t wait to make these
They look delicious! Homemade meatballs are so much better that store bought.
So easy AND tasty. And I bet these freeze well! I’d try making them with TVP as well for our Meatless Mondays.
I am adding this onto my list of recipes to try out that’s for sure!
Oh these look absolutely delicious! Yum!
