I’ve tried many – but this one takes the cake!  It’s the perfect low-calorie iced coffee!

Low Calorie Iced Mocha Coffee

Low Calorie Iced Mocha ; approx 74 calories, 1.7 g fat, 13.2 g carbohydrates, 9.3 g sugar, 1.0 g protein, 1.0 g fiber, 106 mg sodium,

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Millstone Coffee
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk or substitute with coconut or fat free milk
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract *Optional
  • 1/4 cup low fat whipped topping *Optional

Method
 

  1. Mix coffee, almond milk, and syrup and vanilla extract in glass. Store, covered, in fridge until ready to drink. Add crushed ice cubes and enjoy! ( I always like to add low fat whipped topping and chocolate syrup to the top!)

The Perfect Walking Shoe: Reebok Skyscapes

When I was younger I wore all kinds of shoes, with heels, flats, no cushion or insoles and I would walk or play for hours and hours and never have to worry about any type of pain in my feet or legs or back. But as I fast forward um, a few years, I can’t even wear flip flops for a few hours without hobbling later that day or night. Years of abuse to my feet without correct insoles and cushioning has reeked havoc on my feet and I felt I was doomed to wear ‘old lady’ shoes for the rest of my life!

While I can wear my sneakers to the gym, or even a day at an amusement park, when I am out shopping with my Mom or sister, I want to look cute. I don’t want to just wear sneakers and have to wear yoga pants every time just to ‘save’ my feet. So I was excited when I was introduced to the Reebok Skyscapes.

The Reebok Skyscapes remind me of another similar ‘walking’ shoe, though without the support of the cushion/insoles. They come in a few colors, such as pink, gray, black and blue.
Kohls has them on sale for $59.99  – originally $64.99.  Right now you can get an additional 20% off your order, so the shoes are only a little over $50 (with tax). Not too shabby for a name brand like Reebok!

Of course I went with hot pink since that’s one of my favorite colors – not to mention it matches a lot of my clothes. They are super comfy, and one of my favorite features is they are washable. Just remove the insoles and throw in the wash – and your all set!
