Staying Connected with Walmart Family Mobile – With Unlimited Talk/Text Plans!

I am a member of #CollectiveBias Social Fabric Community. This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper amplification for Collective Bias and its advertisers.

I mentioned previously how I purchased my Mom a Walmart Family Mobile smartphone so she could stay connected with me – and the kids. Since she plays the other parent role while my husband is on the road, it’s important that they are able to reach us both whenever they might need us. Both of the girls have taken up with texting quite quickly, and by the looks of the usage we’ve used up over 5,000 texts so far this month (so glad we have an unlimited talk/text plan!). Since we all have the Walmart Family Mobile plan I was able to get rid of our home phone and exclusively use our cell phones as our means of communication. It’s nice to be able to call and go over what is going on for the day, or just to chat without worrying about going over minutes!

What I LOVE about the Walmart Family Mobile Plan is that I can choose to not allow my kids to have data usage. They have smart phones with unlimited talk & text, and in order for them to access the internet or any of their apps they have to get on wifi – which they have to get the password from me (after chores are completed, of course). They can talk and text as much as they want to their friends and other family members without me worrying about about going over at all – especially with data (we had that issue on our last plan!)

As for my Mom and myself – we both have the unlimited talk, text & web, which makes it pretty convenient when we are looking up directions to get to soccer games, school events, or if we want to upload pictures on Facebook to share with our family & friends. I am also regularly checking my bank acct info, traffic, and my work e-mail when we travel which makes the unlimited especially handy. (Of course my son loves to play games on my phone when we are traveling too – anything to keep from hearing ‘are we there yet?!” one more time!

In case you didn’t know – All in a Days Work does have a mobile friendly web. =)

Remember you can pick up a NO CONTRACT UNLIMITED phone plan at your local Walmart. Walmart Family Mobile is located near the electronics department, and they have a wide array of phones to choose from (even the iPhone which is what my daughter chose). Pick up a starter kit, your phone and you are ready to talk and text to your hearts content.

#ad Start Your Day Right with Tyson Day Starts

I am a member of the Collective Bias Social Fabric Community. This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper amplification for #CollectiveBias and its advertiser.

I am so not a morning person. So when I have to get 3 kids up and ready and out the door for school, as well as myself for work well.. let’s just say our mornings remind me of the scene in Home Alone where they wake up too late and are rushing to the airport. But like, every single day. I don’t care if I get up at 4 hours before we have to be somewhere, we are still rushing around like chickens with our heads cut off. So obviously with this being said I’m not the Mom standing at the table saying, “Honey, what would you like for breakfast? I have eggs, and bacon, and toast, and I can whip up some pancakes…’ Ummm, nope. Not me! I’m more like the Mom who yells, “Grab yourself some breakfast while I throw your lunches together and get out the door before were late!” type of Mom. So of course I always have to have easy to make, (sometimes to eat in the car and on the move) types of healthy breakfast foods. So when I heard about Tyson Day Starts, I knew they were going to be a favorite in our house!

One of my favorites that I tried is the Bacon, egg and cheese flatbread. With only 350 calories, along with some fruit and coffee this makes for the perfect healthy breakfast.
Afterall, who doesn’t LOVE bacon??!

They have many varieties including:

You can find all the delicious varieties at Walmart in the frozen food aisle at a great price. Each box contains 2-4 breakfast choices. I picked up the Southern Style Chicken Biscuit Sandwich and Egg, Cheese & Bacon Flatbreads. They were both delicious, and all of my kids loved them both! I can’t wait to try the others! WIN a Year’s Supply of Diapers with Huggies Little Movers

“I participated in an Influencer Program on behalf of Mom Central for Huggies. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for participating.”

I have had 3 kids in diapers and let me tell you – not all diapers are the same. I have tried the expensive, the cheap, the ‘just as good as’  – and I have always always made my way back to Huggies. What I love is the new Huggies Little Movers  have “Leak Lock© Protection”, which means the diaper absorbs-away layers and long-lasting core lock in wetness and keep baby dry – no rashes, red marks, or leaks! I wish I had started using these diapers when they first started being active – our diaper changing moments would have been so much easier!! And when there’s a ‘number 2′ situation, the diaper opens up and can be rolled up and secured with the sticky tabs, just like a regular diaper.

ThinkThin Review & Giveaway

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. All product, info and gift cards were provided by thinkThin.

As you know I am always looking for new snacks and foods to add to my list of “things that won’t make me get fat but taste good” list. I was recently sent a box of thinkThin bars, and I can tell you – They are going on the list!! The thinkThin® bars, are loaded with protein to keep your energy up and your body in shape – and they taste great (even though they are packed with fiber and protein). No grainy taste left in your mouth after you eat these,  and thinkThin Lean Protein & Fiber bars are only 150 calories and 10g of protein as well as 5g of fiber. They are made on non-GMO ingredients and are sugar & gluten-free.

I have tried many of the flavors sent to me and they do the job curbing my appetite and all the flavors are so delicious! The Salted Caramel is my favorite, followed closely by the chucky chocolate peanut. I took a few of these to work to keep in my desk for those days I just don’t have time to stop for lunch – the first day I had them I ate the bar with a bottle of water about 1:30 – when I got home from work I started right on my ‘to do list’ and looked up about 7:30 and realized I hadn’t ate dinner yet! They are that filling. It’s great to know that there is a delicious, nutritious, sugar free snack that I can take on the go. I will definitely be adding these to my road trip snacks for vacations this summer!

thinkThin is giving one lucky All in a Days Work reader a box of thinkThin bars and a $25 gift card! Enter in the rafflecopter below to win!
