For the main course, patrons choose from seven meats to create their perfect kabob: shrimp, chicken, salmon, rib eye steak, filet mignon, lamb and ground beef — the house specialty. A meatless option features grilled vegetables like onion, squash, zucchini and tomato.
Kabobs are served with light, fluffy rice accented with Persian saffron and dried lemon that makes the rice buttery without the fat.
