With our busy schedules (especially during the school year) I’m always looking for yummy crock pot recipes to add to our menu. With endless hours of homework, chorus concerts, soccer and basketball practices and games, and band practices, this mama has little time for much else. So on the weekends I do my best to prepare what I can for the week for lunches and dinners to save myself time (and sanity).
Recently I came up with a delicious garlic ranch chicken wrap which is delicious for either lunch or dinner. I used some of my favorite Litehouse products, such as Litehouse Instantly Fresh Garlic, Greek Yogurt Ranch and Feta Cheese Crumbles.
It’s pretty simple – take some instantly fresh garlic and some water into a frying pan, add shredded already baked chicken. Simmer and drain. Put chicken into crock pot with ranch dressing.
Cook on low heat for about 45 minutes. Put into wrap with feta cheese crumbles and enjoy!
Super easy and quick chicken wraps, and it stores great as well. I take it for lunch and put it in a wrap, or sometimes even in a salad. Super easy, delicious and healthy!
