So I decided to try the turkey sausage egg and cheese english muffin from Jimmy Dean’s; with just 290 calories, and real quality ingredients I knew I couldn’t go wrong…and in less than 3 minutes from the freezer to the microwave I had a hot delicious breakfast sandwich to take with me out the door in the morning.
I have to admit that they are pretty delicious and very filling. Where I’m normally watching for the clock to tell me it was lunch time, I actually worked right through lunch time before my stomach told me it was time to eat!
