Mom Voyáge is a community of Mom bloggers sharing their experiences in motherhood from all around the world. Featured contributors on the website come from the Netherlands, France, Britain, Holland, Japan, China and Australia as well as the US. Get a global perspective on how different cultures name their babies, how they celebrate pregnancies, what their take is on maternity leave, and many other Mom-inspired topics.

I absolutely love reading and comparing the ways that others around the world raise their babies and learn how to do their best at  parenting. I love the comparison of Baby Shower Traditions around the world, like how France doesn’t hold a baby shower before the baby is born, but a year after they all get together and  celebrate. In Great Britian it’s a huge celebration with gifts averaging over $100 (I’d move there to have a baby – but not sure how many I’d like to be invited to!) They also talk about cultural differences in paid maternity leave which leaves this U.S. Mom feeling a bit deprived of baby time.

Not only does Urbini share cultural differences, but also great tips and ideas for new and seasoned parents alike. Ideas for birth plans, emotional support from friends and family, and more!

I definitely have to check this out! I’ve always found it interesting how everyone is raised differently because of cultural differences.

This will give such a great insight!
