Keto Copycat Chick-Fil-A Nuggets

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups crushed bbq pork rinds
  • 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • salt & pepper to taste I would prob use 1 tbsp of each

Method
 

  1. Cut chicken breasts into chunks
  2. Mix egg and mayo together, and coat chicken chunks
  3. For the breading mix equal parts pork rinds and Parmesan cheese and season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper
  4. Cook in air fryer at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
  5. Serve, and enjoy!
