2 Ingredient Keto Low Carb Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg yolk

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan melt the cheese and mix until smooth
  2. Add the egg yolk and mix until completely combined
  3. Pour onto parchment paper and cover with another piece of parchment paper
  4. Use a rolling pin, and roll over the covered ingredients until the desired thickness
  5. Place in freezer for 10 minutes or until firm
  6. Place on cookie sheet still covered and bake for approx 8-10 minutes
  7. You know its done once it starts to brown
  8. Remove, and let cool for a minute (to where its cool enough to peel back the paper)
  9. Use a pizza cutterĀ  to cut into strips
  10. Eat immediately.
  11. *If you do allow them to cool, drop them into boiling water for only a few seconds, and then immediately remove
  12. Add your sauce or butter and ENJOY!
