Great tips. Lucky for me, when we moved into our home, the people who owned it before us bought it just to fix it up and flip it, so everything was newly done when we got it.

You've really got to plan ahead on any remodel. If you don't, you'll end up with a major headache. This best tip on here is getting the proper permits. They'll shut you down fast if you don't have those.
