Kia Wins “Best Car for the Money” Award

There are a lot of things that make a great vehicle – speed (my favorite lol), fuel economy, safety (most important) design, and nowandays tech. Though I’d love a good sports car to be my daily driver, that’s not real life, so I have to consider all the other stuff. . oh and money.

The U.S. News and World Report Best Car for the Money Award is one that I always keep an eye on – and that’s why I am so excited that for 2017 there wasn’t just one, but two Kia vehicles who took home the honor!

The 2017 Kia Soul and the 2017 Kia Sorento received top honors compared to other cars on the basis of safety, reliability and a consensus of industry experts opinions, along with value! The Soul won the Compact Car segment, The Sorento won the 3-row SUV segment (even beating the Highlander and Pilot)

Both cars were named as winners because they have a long-term value in their classes. The Soul stands out amount compact cars for abundance of cargo and passenger space (and a quite modern interior design – and exterior for that matter) all for an excellent price. Like the Soul, the Sorento is perfect for those that need a mid-size SUV. It has some great user friendly tech features, a great fuel economy and the third-row seating is what (to me) throws it over the edge of the competition.

Kia also had some second place finishers such as the Forte, Rio and Sedona – so essentially five in the best value categories. With Kia products still improving -and showing their value over the last 20 years – it’s no wonder they will give you the most bang for your buck!
Check out all the Soul and Sorento’s at your local Kia dealership.
