X2Performance Review & Giveaway

This is a sponsored post on behalf of X2Performance, though I’ve been compensated for my time, all opinions are my own.

“I don’t need them, they don’t really help.”
“It’s just another way for them to take my money.”
“It’s just caffeine in a shot glass.”

That’s what you may be thinking about pre-work out supplements.
BUT..

Whether it’s some extra protein or something to possibly increase oxygen delivery, pre workout supplements may give you the boost you need while working out.

If you:

  1. Feel tired throughout your workouts.
  2. Are unable to finish sets and reps.
  3. Need a little push in the weight room.
  4. Are sore and take days to recover

Then you need to look into the X2Performance  pre-work out supplement! X2Performance supplement attributes above can provide you with the performance boost you need in the gym.

With X2Performance you can get:

  1. Greater pumps
  2. Stronger lifts
  3. Greater amount of repetitions performed
  4. Longer sustained energy
  5. The ability to push through plateaus
  6. Improved focus
  7. Increased nutrient delivery
  8. Decreased muscle breakdown

To visualize the importance of pre-workout supplementation, picture your body running on an empty stomach while training. You may feel a little sluggish and your performance may suffer. If you’re lucky, you may still achieve a little bit of a pump. But what you may not realize is that you’re experiencing a dual negative effect. For starters, because you’re running on near empty, your glycogen stores will be rapidly depleted. And once they are fully depleted, your body turns to your hard-earned muscle as its next closest source of available energy.
Which kinda’ defeats the whole purpose.

I’ve been taking X2Performance for a few weeks now, and I can completely tell a difference. Between the increased energy to finish my work out, the ability to push myself above and beyond what I have in the past, and the noticeably less amount of pain I am in after the work out has made me a believer. So much in fact, that I am sponsoring (myself – this is not from the company) a giveaway for 2 lucky readers! Enter using the rafflecopter below, and you could win a 4 pack of X2Performance to try for yourself.

If you don’t win, you can sign-up for a free trial, just pay the $5,95 shipping and handling fee here.

  • I have really enjoyed the extra energy, especially when I head to the gym after chasing a toddler around all day!

  • Interesting.

We just started working out together and find about halfway through, it goes from tough but still doable to OMG why am I paying money to hurt myself? LOL

I'll have to check X2Performance to see what it's all about. Thanks for the giveaway and recommendation too.

  • my biggest challenge is toning up at the gym. I can lose weight but toning is another story.

  • My biggest struggle is getting there! Once I'm there I am fine but just making it a higher priority over the other things going on is a struggle!

  • What a great giveaway. I've been down with a back spasm over the last month, and tennis elbow since January, so my biggest struggle is getting back to it with the same level of intensity and focus that I was at. I've seen a big hit on my endurance, but have noticed that X2 definitely helps! So looking forward to making a full comeback!

  • Loved this review and nice quick description of the product! Thanks for sharing!
