Extra energy to push past my norm! Need to step it up, hope it helps!

We just started working out together and find about halfway through, it goes from tough but still doable to OMG why am I paying money to hurt myself? LOL

my biggest challenge is toning up at the gym. I can lose weight but toning is another story.
