2 Ingredient Keto Low Carb Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan melt the cheese and mix until smooth
  • Add the egg yolk and mix until completely combined
  • Pour onto parchment paper and cover with another piece of parchment paper
  • Use a rolling pin, and roll over the covered ingredients until the desired thickness
  • Place in freezer for 10 minutes or until firm
  • Place on cookie sheet still covered and bake for approx 8-10 minutes
  • You know its done once it starts to brown
  • Remove, and let cool for a minute (to where its cool enough to peel back the paper)
  • Use a pizza cutterĀ  to cut into strips
  • Eat immediately.
  • *If you do allow them to cool, drop them into boiling water for only a few seconds, and then immediately remove
  • Add your sauce or butter and ENJOY!
