Immune Boosting Oil Recipe for Diffuser

Though I know that essential oils aren’t for everyone, and that they don’t take place of modern medicine, I do believe they have a lot of great uses and we don’t give them enough credit. If they were good enough for baby Jesus, they are good enough for me!

I shared a post about natural ways to boost your immune system earlier this week, but there is another way that can help boost your immunity, is through aromatherapy.  Aromatherapy is a powerful healing art and science known to help relieve stress and enhance the immune system. Be sure that you are using 100% pure oils, such as Doterra or Young Living, or ones you know are pure.

This immune-boosting recipe uses some of the most popular immune boosting oils that offers a natural way to soothe and protect yourself.

Use the essential oil recipe below to help enhance your immune system.
