Greek Yogurt Waffles

Ingredients:
-1 1/2 cups Flour of your choice (White, Wheat, Almond)
-1/3 Cup Oats (I just used standard Quaker oats)
-2 Tablespoons Sweetener (Splenda, Truvia, Stevia)
-3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (more if desired)
-1 Cup Skim Milk
-1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I used Dannon)
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-2 Large Eggs, Beaten
-2 Tablespoons Butter (Melted)
-1 Banana, Mashed
Process:
-In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients, whisking them together until fully blended
-Create a hole in the center of your dry ingredients, I just used my hands for this part
-Pour each of your wet ingredients into the center hole
-Slowly whisk all ingredients together, until completely mixed
-Now that your batter is all made up, put about 4 Tablespoons of batter into your waffle maker, and close the lid
-Allow to cook completely
-This will make about 8 large waffles
-Top with your favorite fruit, I chose banana and some sugar free syrup! Possibly even some whipped cream or whatever you’d like!
-ENJOY!
