Get a Fulfilling Energizing Snack with Plenti Greek Yogurt

As you all know for awhile now I’ve been off and on the wagon of weight loss. Over the past month and a half though I have been determined to eat healthier, and work out and it’s working. Over 10 lbs in that time period – and honestly the biggest contributor to the weight loss is what I’m putting in my body. Counting calories, watching the type of food I’m putting in my body, and eating as natural as possible – especially when snacking.

What I love about Plenti is that it’s packed full of high-protein. It’s a great fulfilling snack that’s substantial and satisfying. It’s an energy booster that is definitely plentiful.

Plenti yogurt is gluten free , and has a 1:1 protein to sugar ratio (12 grams of each!) It’s definitely one of my top picks for fulfilling energizing snack!
