Boost Your Energy and Immune System with the All Natural #FitTeaDetox

With the new year here and everyone’s resolutions to become thinner, happier and healthier (including mine) are in full swing, I’ve been researching ways to make sure that this year is the year it all happens.
After the ‘binge’ at Christmas, and the flu season upon us  I knew that I needed to detox to get the ick out of my system and help me get out of this funk. Since I am doing my best to stay away from the pharmacy whenever possible, I decided to take a look into natural detox plans.
I was thrilled to find FitTea an all-natural detox.  Teas are used as a natural ‘medicine’ so to speak for many ailments, and teas have been used for thousands of years for weight loss, and to help increase energy. FitTea boosts “Give us a few weeks and we’ll give you a new waistline” so how could I not give it a try??

The tea consist of: Organic Green Tea, Oolong Wu Yi, Organic Rooibos, Ginger, Pomegranate, Guarana, Birch, Stevia, Corn and Honey Powder. These ingredients provide a fast-working and natural detox. These natural ingredients have other benefits besides detox, which includes weight loss, increased energy levels, suppressing the appetite, boost metabolism, aids in digestive health,and natural antioxidants

I’m not one for warm tea, but I brewed it and put it in the refrigerator and drank it every day for 2 weeks before I went to work out, or before I began my day. I definitely felt a difference in my energy level  – and I managed to ward off the funk that my kids brought home from school and shared with each other!
Now I have been working out, watching what I eat, and I can tell you that I was able to get into a smaller pants size! I’m sure its a combination of the healthier eating habits, and more exercise, but I could feel a significant difference since adding the FitTea Detox to my daily regimen.
