Always Wanted to Try It? Find Out The Good, the Bad, and the Wonderful Info about The Flex Belt

I received product  for review purposes only. All opinions, as usual, are my own..

If you are like me, you’ve seen and read about the Flex Belt  and wondered if it was too good to be true like other get-fit-quick schemes across the internet. I mean, anything that promises such awesome results in 6-8 weeks without a single sit up has to be too good to be true right? Even so, I was intrigued with the design, and the money-back guarantee. If a company is willing to give you your money back, there must be some truth to the product right? So when I was approached by Flex Belt to review one for my readers, I couldn’t wait to jump at the chance.

As I researched more about The Flex Belt I learned a lot. The Flex Belt is not just a lazy chicks guide to a toned stomach, but a scientific technology called Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS). It’s so simple, I’m almost embarrassed that I never thought of it. Signals are sent through gel pads to the body’s nervous system in a particular area (your abs) and the signals cause your muscles to contract and relax. The local nerves branch out and the signal has a more extensive reach and can work more muscles than even where the gel pads themselves are touching. In essence, it works more muscles than an extensive amount of sit ups would!

I’ve read a lot of great reviews about The Flex Belt, but I know a of my friends & family wanted to know what my results and thought were, so here you go:

* It’s a lot easier to use than I thought it would be – I don’t like anything that is too complicated or takes to long to put on (who has time for that, right??!) Once I read the  directions it was easy to get on and get started, it took no time at all to get set up

It works a lot better, of course, when you are watching what you eat, and getting other types of exercise. This is not a weight loss supplement but more of a toning and muscle work out, like lifting weights at the gym. It works your core vs helping you lose fat

Take it from me – take it slow when you first start. It’s almost like jumping into a full-time gym routine when you haven’t worked out in forever. I experienced some soreness, so work your way into it just like you would with any other core strengthening exercise/routine. Since my muscles were a bit sore, I was more careful about what I was eating (or more consciences) which was a plus as well!

*After about 6 weeks I did notice a difference – my fat seemed less jiggly (how’s that for a technical term?) and my core felt stronger. My husband noticed as well, so ladies, we know that’s always a good thing! It definitely helped boost my confidence and keep my motivation up for my cardio workouts

*The Flex Belt is definitely worth a try – though some may cringe at the hefty price tag, This would be a great Christmas gift, make sure to add this to your Pinterest Boards as a hint for your hubby or boyfriend!

  • Thanks for the Terrific Review on Always Wanted to Try It? Find Out The Good, the Bad, and the Wonderful Info about The Flex Belt! I truly believe that nothing works without dieting! I can believe that you were sore after you first tried the belt! I've seen these advertised on TV and have read reports about these belts. I presume they must work as long as the individual is working along with it to diet and doing other exercises! Thanks for the terrific review, your personal results, and all the information you have shared with us on this Flex Belt! I honestly do appreciate it! Thanks again, Michele :)
