“On the Lighter Side” Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients for sauce:
-Laughing Cow Garlic&Herb Cheese Wedges (all 8 wedges)
-1 Cup Fatfree/Skim Milk
-1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan
-Salt&Pepper to taste

Other ingredients:
-3/4 of a box of pasta
-Two Chicken Breasts (grilled)

Directions:
-In a medium saucepan, put all ingredients for sauce in the pan over a medium heat
-Allow to heat while until smooth
-Be sure to continue stirring throughout your sauce

-Spoon over pasta and add chicken
-Enjoy!

    I’ve tried the Laughing cow garlic and herb cheese wedges and I really like them. I also like Chicken Alfredo and I’d want to try this lightened recipe.
