Get Bikini Ready with a 3 Day All-Natural Cleanse

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Kaeng Raeng for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

It’s official; no matter how much I want to deny it, Spring is here and the anxiety of getting into my summer clothes and – GASP– bathing suit , is upon me. Though I’ve been working out, and trying to eat better, I’m not there yet. With less then 45 days until Summer Vacation I decided I needed to detox my body from all the stuff I just couldn’t lay off of -(you know sweets and pop and all that horrible stuff). That’s why I decided to take the 3-day cleanse by Kaeng Raeng.

Kaeng Raeng

The Kaeng Raeng versions are different from the programs of fresh juicers. These are packets of what is mostly dehydrated fruit plus essential nutrients, including lean protein and probiotics. You just add water, drink three a day and you’ve got all you need to keep your mind and body going. It’s all natural, vegan, gluten-free, and GMO-free. Also, it’s made in California from local produce and contains no artifical colors, flavors, or preservatives. It’s just pure, good stuff.

With this detox you won’t starve – you are encouraged to add fresh fruits and veggies to your smoothie, and even eat them when you are hungry between drinks. (As a person who misses choosing, this is awesome!)  I love adding fresh strawberries to my FAVORITE flavor reunn ‘joyful’ which has the following flavors: strawberry/raspberry/pineapple. I am usually rushing out the door to get to work, so throwing in some frozen strawberries in the mix in my Blender Bottle and I was ready to go!

Another thing to like about the Kaeng Raeng detox is that beginners can still supplement with eating raw fruits and vegetables, so if you get the urge to eat, you’re still on the track to detoxing.

Kaeng Raeng cleanse

It’s important to note here that this isn’t a weight loss plan. What a cleanse does for you is sort of hit a reset button on your body. Generally speaking, three days on this plan should help you to feel better and crave less junk food.

Because the dehydrated fruits are fortified with protein and vitamins and other essential nutrients (in natural forms), you’re not depriving your body of anything. So it’s a lot healthier than fasting or following a DIY cleanse without guidance from a nutritionist.

BONUS! Best side effect EVER is improved skin. By abstaining from traditional foods, especially dairy, filling your body with quality nutrients and vitamins will give your skin a nice glow after the 3 days!

Kaeng Raeng was made with YOU in mind. It comes in 3 day or 6 day programs in 3 different levels.  Beginner (First time user) Vetern (at least 1 cleanse) and Master (keep on coming back for more!) It’s also available in a soy-free option. Take the quiz to find out which one you are:

I’m trying the Jillian Michaels cleanse and burn as we speak. This one sounds so much better! I’m in need of a major reset after this winter.

I’ve been saying I was going to lose weight for way too long. Will def check it out!

  3. I have never tried these but wondered how easy they were to follow. Three days doesn’t seem like too long to give it a try.

I saw a dramatic difference when I gave up white flour, sugar and dairy. I have never tried a cleanse before but I am definitely interested! I love that you can still eat and cleanse!

  5. Seiko says:

I have yet to try a cleanse.

I’ve done this cleanse before when I transitioned to becoming a vegetarian and it was the best thing I could have ever done! I felt incredible, energized and overall healthy. I’ve done other cleanses in the past like Purium but they usually left me feeling hungry and emotional. This one… Simple and empowering.

I like the idea of adding fruits to the smoothies. I always worry I am going to be too hungry when I do a detox.

I tried a three-day juice cleanse with cold-pressed, completely raw juices. It was a neat experience, but by day two, I would have given my left arm for a cup of coffee or a bite of bread. It was also quite expensive (almost $300). This cleanse didn’t allow the inclusion of fresh fruits or veggies (since there were already so many blended into the juices), so I think my brain (and stomach) actually missed the act of chewing.
I can say that I did have some fantastic results – higher energy level, glowing skin and I lost two pounds (which was most likely water weight). The satisfaction of making it through the whole cleanse, just to prove to myself that I could do it, was pretty rewarding, too. I’d love to try another, different cleanse to prepare for this summer!

I did a cleanse about 6 months ago and I loved it. I am usually a pretty big caffeine addict but on my juice cleanse, I hardly felt the need for coffee or tea. Not to mention it did amazing things for my skin – better than any skin product I purchased ever did! Natural energy and clear skin alone make any cleanse worth it. Looking to do one more cleanse right before summer starts to get my energy up and help me get motivated to slim down!

I did a cleanse 6 months ago and loved it. I always need a TON of caffeine to get through my work day but on the cleanse I was hardly craving coffee or tea at all. Plus,it did amazing things for my skin – it looked better than it ever has, better than trying various skin products to help clear and brighten my face. Natural energy + clear skin = 2 great reasons to try a cleanse.

  13. Courtney H. says:

I have tried to do cleanses on my own before — and it never works out. Either I give in to temptation, have headaches, am starving, or I’m ill prepared. It seems like a Kaeng Raeng cleanse would be easier and healthier.

  14. nathalie says:

I can never make it till the end of cleanse because I get too hungry!
Would love to try KAENG out!

  15. Cleo Barlow says:

I have tried several cleanses, I have hypothyroidism and hashimotos disease (auto immune disorder) and I was lucky enough to find a dr that let me do things natural and he had me do several detox cleanses, and boy! Do they make me sick…but sooo worth it in the end! I would have to say the cons were the limited foods and the cleanse not tasting pleasent at all. The pro is how much better you feel afterwards. Your body feels so….clean, I lost a lot of weight, better energy etc. I have never tried your products, but I stumbled upon this site during a givaway lol and I am strongly considering trying one of the cleanses, once I get the money. 🙂

  16. Lydia says:

I love that the product is so clean. I will have to think about this after I’m done nursing the baby!!!
